Highfield is a relaxed and friendly yard set amidst 32 acres of well maintained grassland divided into 24 individual paddocks.
There are two blocks of American barn style stables mostly 12 ft. x 12 ft. and a block of external timber 'Warwick' stables 14 ft. x12 ft. plus two isolation boxes.
A grass exercise track runs around the perimeter of the property and is just under one mile in length. There is an all weather flood lit rubber surfaced manege and a dedicated summer jumping area.
All year round turnout (subject to no extreme weather conditions) is available with horses out 24 hours from May to the end of September/October.
The beach is a ten minute ride away and there is an extensive network of field margins on nearby arable land.
There is a routine ,monthly veterinary visit from Westover large animal practice and various farriers visit the yard.
Hay, straw, feed, sundries and a selection of bedding is available on site.
There is also ample storage area for lorries and trailers.
DIY, assisted and full livery is available with DIY starting at £20 per week.
